Dr. Bonner, author of The Vance Stance (Workman Publishing) is a graduate of Newton College of the Sacred Heart, and earned her Doctorate in Health Sciences from Columbia Pacific University.
A pioneer in the field of posture, alignment and pain-reduction, she developed The Bonner System of Structural ReprogramingTM in 1974, helping people to make changes in the structure and functioning of their bodies that were hitherto thought impossible. Her clients have included Olympic athletes, professional sports teams, businesses, and those in pain. She has appeared nationally on her 27-city book and media tour, and was featured on CBS This Morning.
She currently lives in Bend, Oregon, teaching clients privately as well as through the local college. She trains and certifies Teachers in the Bonner System of Structural ReprogramingTM. She also travels extensively across North America giving private workshops by invitation.
